These General Conditions shall apply to all products offered by UNIÓN VITIVINÍCOLA, S.A. on this website. These General Conditions shall be valid for all goods and services offered, and they may be modified without prior notice, without affecting purchases already made up to that point.

Purchase Procedure

The purchase of products offered on the website is done by selecting the chosen products, which will be added to the shopping cart. Once the selection is completed, the purchase will continue by filling in personal information (depending on each case) for the issuance of the invoice and credit card details for payment. By accepting the final purchase, the selected products will be definitively purchased, and the payment method (Credit Card or Bizum) will be chosen.

Visits Modification Conditions

By default, any enotourism service purchased on this website can be modified up to 72 hours prior to the visit. However, each service uniquely and unequivocally specifies the deadline for possible modifications in terms of dates and availability. To modify a visit, you must follow the instructions received in the purchase email or access “My Visits.”

Ticket Modification Conditions

By default, any ticket for an enotourism event purchased on this website cannot be modified. Visits Cancellation Conditions

By default, any enotourism service purchased on this website can be canceled up to 72 hours prior to the visit. Ticket Cancellation Conditions

Refunds for Payments Made

Economic refunds resulting from any modification or cancellation made through this website or directly with the winery can only be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, namely credit card or Bizum if it is active. If you make the modification or cancellation through “My Visits,” the refund is immediate.

Use of Reservations Acquired through Our Website

Tickets acquired according to the aforementioned section, which the user receives via email, will have the same value as if they had been physically purchased at the Winery. Web users may:

  • Print their tickets on plain paper, ensuring that the printing is correct and that the codes identifying and individualizing each ticket are legible.
  • Download the .pdf file received by email on their mobile device and display it at the entrance of the Winery.
  • Download the tickets received via email in passbook format.

The tickets entitle the holder to access the Winery or the event for which they were purchased, and they are valid exclusively for the selected enotourism service, day, and time.

Incidents with the Ticket Sales Service

Any incident related to the use and operation of the reservation/purchase and gift system must be reported to the email address visitas@marquesdecaceres.com.

UNIÓN VITIVINÍCOLA, S.A. reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate to these conditions, the website, and the services provided at any time without prior notification. Consequently, UNIÓN VITIVINÍCOLA, S.A. may change, remove, or add both the content and the services provided through the website, as well as the way the website is presented or located, and may even temporarily or permanently suspend its operation.
